How much time do I need to spend training my virtual assistant? We highly recommend that for the first 3-4 weeks you spend at least 15-20 hours per week working side-by-side with your virtual assistant so that they can fully understand your business, your vision, and the purpose behind the tasks that you assign them. We have found that investing time early on in the training process will pay dividends long-term.
