  • What hours ARE my virtual assistant available to work?
All of our Virtual Assistants are located in Eastern and Central Time Zones and are available Monday – Friday 8AM – 6PM. Our VAs are contracted to work 40 hours per week.
  • Can I hire a part-time virtual assistant?
Unfortunately we do not offer part-time virtual assistants at this time, however we recommend either hiring a virtual assistant that could grow with your business or partnering with another agent who could also use part-time assistance.
  • How do I pay my virtual assistant?
You will pay your virtual assistant directly either bi-monthly or monthly. We recommend using the secured payment system Remitly or Paypal, however you are free to use the payment system you prefer.
  • What are the tax implications of hiring a virtual assistant?
Virtual Assistants are paid as any contractor or vendor would be paid by your business. We recommend you consult your CPA for necessary tax documents (W-8BEN, W-9, etc.)
  • What if my virtual assistant is not a good fit for my business?
We offer a 30 day evaluation period to determine whether your virtual assistant is a good fit for your business. If you decide the virtual assistant is not a good fit for your business, we will find a new virtual assistant for you.
  • How much time do I need to spend training my virtual assistant?
We highly recommend that for the first 3-4 weeks you spend at least 15-20 hours per week working side-by-side with your virtual assistant so that they can fully understand your business, your vision, and the purpose behind the tasks that you assign them. We have found that investing time early on in the training process will pay dividends long-term.
